I had a wonderful stay at Quebecs in Leeds. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore shops and attractions. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, although it did get a bit warm at times. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which truly enhanced my experience. However, I encountered a slight issue with room comfort due to the thick quilt they provided.

I had a lovely stay at Quebecs, marked by the warm welcome from the reception staff and the cozy atmosphere of my room. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a delicious spread to kickstart my day, although I did notice a couple of cleanliness issues that slightly detracted from the overall experience. The hotel's location is a major plus, being just a short stroll from shops and the train station.

My stay at Quebecs was overall enjoyable, particularly due to the comfortable room and friendly staff, but the breakfast experience left room for improvement. The hotel's location next to the train station was a major plus, making it convenient for my travels. However, some minor maintenance issues and a few hiccups during breakfast service detracted from the experience.

Quebecs boasts an excellent central location, just a couple of minutes from the train station and very close to city center shops and restaurants. This made exploring Leeds a breeze.
Dining

The breakfast offered a variety of cooked-to-order options, and while I enjoyed the quality, the service was a bit slow and disorganized. It could benefit from more structure to ensure a smoother experience.

While I appreciated the historical charm of the building and the modern amenities available, some areas felt a bit worn and could use some updates for a more polished feel.

I had an enjoyable stay at Quebecs, a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and comfy beds. The location was great for exploring, but I found the breakfast options a bit lacking and the bar area could have used a livelier atmosphere. Overall, it felt like home during my visit, though some areas could use improvement.

Rooms

My room was large and elegant, with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. However, there were signs of wear and tear on the furniture, and the shower had a slight leak.

The staff were some of the friendliest I've encountered, apparently remembering names and engaging in conversation. Unfortunately, the responsiveness to requests sometimes fell short, with items being forgotten.
Location

The hotel's central location made it easy to access shops and restaurants, and it was only a short walk from the train station. However, the busy road outside made it harder to get to sleep at times.
Dining

The breakfast was decent, but I found the options limited and the coffee machine a bit confusing to use. I'd expected a more impressive morning meal considering the hotel’s overall quality.
Facilities

While the hotel's atmosphere was cozy, the bar area was empty during my stay, which detracted from the overall experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which I appreciated during my visit.

My stay at Quebecs was quite lovely overall, with beautifully decorated rooms and an excellent location right in the heart of Leeds. The breakfast was superb, offering a great cooked-to-order selection, but the service during breakfast was a bit chaotic. Though the hotel had its quirks like a small parking area and some noise from a nearby construction site, I found the comfort of the bed and the friendliness of the staff really made my stay nice.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, well-furnished, and super clean, plus I loved the comfy bed which ensured great nights' sleep. I also appreciated thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and some fruit in the room.
Service

Location
10.0

Breakfast had an excellent variety of cooked options which were delicious, but the continental selection left something to be desired with limited items that weren't replenished promptly.
Facilities

The hotel had nice amenities, though I found the parking situation a bit tight. Nevertheless, the bar area was cozy, and I loved the old charm of the hotel itself.
